• The cover shows the Beatles walking Abbey Road. John is dressed in white looking like a preacher. Ringo is dressed to represent the Pall Bearer or the undertaker. Paul represents the corpse. George represents the Grave Digger.
• Paul is dressed nice like how people are dressed when they are being buried, his eyes are closed like a dead person and also dead people are buried without their shoes and notice Paul does not have on any shoes.
• Also Paul is out of step with all the other Beatles.
• Paul is smoking with his right hand and he is left handed.
• There is a morgue wagon or an ambulance is parked on the right.
• In the background it appears that the car is heading straight for Paul.
• The VW bug that is parked on the left hand side of the road has a license plate that says "28IF" and Paul would have been 28 when the album was released if he lived.

CLUES FROM THE BACK COVER:

• There is a crack in the word "Beatles".
• The woman on the right is Rita, the meter maid.

• There are dots on the back cover and if you connect them they form a "3" meaning the three remaining Beatles.

Meaning - Come together over Paul's grave.

"One and one and one is three"
Meaning - Referring to the three Beatles that are left.

"He got monkey fingers"
Meaning - Dead peoples fingers curl up like monkeys.

"He got hair, down below his knees."
Meaning - When people die their keeps growing.

'SHE CAME IN THROUGH THE BATHROOM WINDOW'

"So I quit the police department and got my self a steady job"
Meaning - This means that William must have been a police officer and this explains the OPD patch.
